Cancellation Conditions
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, and you can do so directly with us, and it's very easy....
With a payment of only 3.00 euros per person and vacation day, you have the opportunity to cover all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness, or death. This eliminates all cancellation costs for your vacation.
The process is very simple.... Transfer the amount to us with the clear designation 'Travel Cancellation' for Mrs...., arrival and departure dates, to our account:

Or even simpler: Provide us with your credit card number and expiration date, and we can simply debit the amount. Please note that we do not cover any transfer fees. Without taking out a travel cancellation service, the following cancellation rules apply:
- If canceled up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation costs will be incurred.
- For cancellations within 30 to 15 days before arrival, fees amounting to 40% of the total booked amount will be charged.
- For cancellations within 14 to 8 days before arrival, fees amounting to 60% of the total booked amount will be charged.
- For cancellations within 7 days before arrival, fees amounting to 70% of the total booked amount will be charged.
- In the case of early departure, delayed arrival, or non-appearance, cancellation fees of 70% will apply to the booked, unused days."
